Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

If you choose to cancel your order the refund policy is as follows - 

 

If you choose to cancel your order the refund policy is as follows - 
  • If the product/order is yet to ship -
    1. If the payment has been made through a payment gateway the refund will be issued after deduction of 2.36% bank charges. Once initiated the payment takes 5-7 days to reflect in the mode of original payment
    2. If you choose to take a store credit you will be issued a coupon for the full amount of the product (and it's associated shipping amount.)
  • If the product has already reached the customer and the customer wants to return the product - we can issue a refund as long as we receive the product in its original packaging without any damages (scratches, paint chips, etc.). The return shipping will be borne by the customer. The refund will be issued once the product is received by us and checked for any damages. In case there are damages, we can ship the product back or we can let you know an adjusted amount of the refund. 
    1. If the payment has been made through a payment gateway the refund will be issued after deduction of 2.36% bank charges. In case the customer has availed of free shipping, the shipping cost shall also be deducted from the refund. Once initiated the payment takes 5-7 days to reflect in the mode of original payment
    2. If you choose to take a store credit you will be issued a coupon for the full amount of the product (excluding shipping amount.) In case the customer has availed of free shipping, the shipping cost shall also be deducted from the store credit amount. 
  • In case the order placed is a custom order and a part is specifically being brought it, no refund shall be applicable as the order cannot be cancelled

Our policy lasts up to 5 days from the date of delivery depending on the product type. Please see the table below for categories and return periods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please email us at customercare@bikenbiker.com with images of the packaging and product if you would like to request a return. Please DO NOT send the item back to us without emailing us first. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund.

Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.

Note :

* Return Period after Delivery is applicable if product received is Defective or Damaged or Not as Described.

 

* All the products under a particular category may not have the same return/replacement period. Kindly always check the respective product's return/replacement policy.

 

When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame
  • Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
  • Pre-order / custom made products
  • Hygiene related items

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or you are facing an issue with size.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@bikenbiker.com and follow the procedure in the Shipping section below.
