The staff at Bikenbiker are thorough professional and give correct advice to the customer. I had ordered for 2" ROX pivoting bar risers for Versys 1000 - 2020 model. They on receiving my order promptly called up and informed about the likely delay. Also, they informed that the item I had ordered was incompatible with Versys 1000 and they were kind enough to send the appropriate item which I have already fitted on my bike. They sell genuine Rox handlebar riser. Except that they sent me black in place of Aluminium silver which I actually ordered. Luckily my bike came in black. Therefore BB should be sure about the order they take. Keep growing leaps and bounds, BB.
